It is Odium's Policy to treat others with respect. We work problems out in a mature and acceptable manner. The officers and members of this guild have worked hard to develop a good reputation on this server. One or two trains or KSes can ruin that reputation A LOT faster than it took to build it. I want Odium to be known as a friendly guild and I will not have training and KSing even if you feel it was deserved. I have managed to get through 6 years of playing EQ and NEVER train one person on purpose. When I have accidentally trained someone, I take the time to figure out who it is, and send the group a tell apologizing. When someone trains me and apologizes I forgive them. In the course of this game it is bound to happen. If for some reason it escalates I expect it to be brought higher level, instead of escalating it further, bring it to me or to their guild leader, in a respectful manner.
Odium will not tolerate purposeful training, KSing, camp stealing or anything of the sort and from here on out you will have one warning and if actions are not changed, I will remove you from the guild myself.
